Giota Negka

Giota Negka is a singer and a vocal coach.

She was born and raised in Athens, where she discovered, before reaching adulthood, her artistic identity. A singer almost from the cradle, with a father who was an amateur musician and a mother who was always the soul of every house party. With this “dowry” she began her path as a self-taught artist in the “rebetiko” music scene of the city, but then decided to walk through the door of the National Conservatory, from which she graduated with honors.

She has worked with great artists on stage but also for record creation , such as Panayotis Kalantzopoulos, Stamatis Kraounakis, Themis Karamouratidis, Nikos Moraitis, Dimitris Papadimitriou; she has experienced the thrill of the magical stages of Odeon of Herodes Atticus , Epidaurus, the National Opera, while she recently got to know the world of theater by participating as a leader of the chorus in the play “Medea” by Euripides, directed by Aimilios Chilakis and Manolis Dounias.

To this day she continues to journey through the world and take the world on a journey by singing.
