Echo your Thoughts-How to Journal 101
Stefanos Alexiadis is originally from Thessaloniki, where he still lives. He studied Greek Philology at the Democritus University of Thrace as well as Pedagogy at the International Hellenic University. His latest crime novel, titled “And There Was Light”, was released in 2025.
In this workshop, we will turn our gaze inwards. Sometimes, the ECHO of our thoughts begins to spiral. How many times have we caught ourselves overanalyzing situations, dwelling on the past or struggling to focus on the present moment?
Journaling is a way to dive deeper, a way to analyze our thoughts, our wounds, our emotions and our experiences.
