The Moving Shadows is a dancing group of 10 members, founded in 2022 at ProDancers Studio in Thessaloniki. They have received awards in both national and international championships, with their most notable achievement being last year’s qualification for the World of Dance USA. Beyond their competitions, they are active in festivals, performances and video projects, with their core philosophy being that dance is an art form that exists in everything – like a ‘shadow’ that follows us around and through which we express feelings.
TEDxAUTH will welcome on its stage two members of the Moving Shadows: Konstantina, founder of the group, a graduate of the School of Physical Education & Sport Science (SPESS), coach of Rhythmic and Acrobatic gymnastics and a Contemporary Dance instructor; and Irinna, a Contemporary Dance and Pilates instructor, with studies in Nutrition and Dietetics and experience in Ballet, Traditional and Aerial dance.
